I personally would not recommend using the older 8 stud rim with the older bias tires as it is not worth the one inch difference if that 36's vs 37's. Those tires are probably 10-15+ years old date codes as bias HMMWV and 8 stud rims have been out of favor for quite a while.
YMMV
As stated, all older 8 lug non metric wheels should work. also common white wagon wheels at utility and boat trailer dealers will also work. These trailers are lug centric not hub centered so the diameter of the hub makes no difference.

Bearings and seals are common civy items you can get at any parts store. Dive in and check them.
Could be as simple as checking spindle nut adjustment. Tire pressure low or tire issues could also be the culprit.
I went from a non armored front and top grill to both armored. Only made a 10 degree change for me and was not noticeable change in cooling system operation.
I got mine and very impressed with it. Has overcharging and overheating protection built in so must have a gizmo board in it. Perfect solution for the hmmwv as the slave outlet is inside on the passenger seat box. No need for 12/24 convertor or tap a battery or 12v feed from the dual voltage...
Anderson plugs come in different amp ratings. Common on forklifts and electric winches
I use them on a wheeled 12/24v charger that one set is regular clamps and another is a NATO plug
air lift bumper uses a different bracket collar /bearing plate that is different in depth than the regular bumper pintle collar. I have the holland part number in my build thread here. Check Tm's and you will see 2 different part numbers for the 4 hole bracket/collar.
