My M998 with 6.2L cracked the y pipe at both flanges meeting the exhaust manifold. I did add a fording exhaust several years ago with the correct under fender brace and all the hardware that it calls for. Muffler and and its extension pipe are all good and solid.
I do not have any vibrations...
Btw, wheels are interchangeable.
I have seen many ,many trailers on trains by me that all older trailers have been swapped over to the 22.5
Possibly units deploying?

Looks like a modified bracket for the satelitte antenna blue force tracker.
Converting a m1101/2 to a dump would require a ton of work as it is constructed very similar to a unibody car/truck with a zillion beefy rivets.
IMHO, a m101 would be a much better candidate but they have a weakness at the hinge point and are only designed to fold for storage/transport not...
Locking lug nuts are optional on civy vehichles so that a special cap fits over the lug to loosen it up used as a theft deterrent.
Locking nuts like in the traditional sense would never be used on attaching wheels to studs.
