Do you have the sensor spec at a specific pressure? There are many 24v gauges sold becids the mil spec ones.

Visually check all fluids and for leaks. Check for excess gunk in the fuel/tank. Fire it up. You own diesel stuff and do your own work so this shouldnt be a problem for you. Its not rocket science.

The only modification i had to do to get the lawnmower batteries in was to replace the cable bolts with a bit longer ones. The ends opened up just a bit fit the battery lug well.
