I did just this on mine. No change to the governor parts, but we did take the android valve out of the equation. Turbo change and fuel pressure/timing was all that was needed. And it is SO worth it. Huge difference!
The fronts are bolt Ins. The rears are not but the chunk can be exchanged into your existing axle quite easily. If these are the correct part numbers. I can't get to mine to verify.
As much as I hate to post this, the Friday Night BBQ convoy to my house will not be possible this year. My knee exploded a couple weeks ago and surgery is scheduled for April 4th, it will just be too much to be ready for the convoy. There will be an ad-hoc convoy for lunch and trail riding...

Look at your volt meter at the same time. My start box sometimes works right (glow plugs, accessory power and alternator excited) and sometimes doesn't. I notice that when my blower won't come on at start my alternator also isn't charging. I have installed the 5 leg additional grounding harness...
Looks like the weather is going to cooperate this weekend and with a little help should be able to get the front axle swap and rear diff chunk changed for the new gears. Can't wait for this.
