you guys are lucky you solved the problem. i've tried 3 different governors and my pressure relief still blows off while i'm driving. finally put a little valve in the line to drain off the extra pressure. aua
you guys got it made. here in wonderful taxachusetts i pay $450 for # plates and $1900 for ins. all i do is putt around , run in parades,& plow snow for the town. :driver:

coud be yes, the last parade i was in my brakes started dragging and would'nt release .took the master cyl. apert and cleaned it , and put it back together ,no problems since . :driver:
here's a quick fix ., in one of you're original lights pick a spot and heat a nail the same size as yor wire and make a hole run your wire into the hole and splice it inside to the tail light wire silicone the hole afterwards . need a plate light with a #57 bulb that you can take out and...
don't use pipe wrenches ,they have a tendency to apply uneven pressure on the two halves.my buddie got some wrenches from ford to remove fan cluthes and the biggest one fits the compressor flanges like a glove. someone on ss is selling them and it's worth it to pick one up. aua

tell you what guys,i got 30 wght in my power steering and when i got to plow and it's 20 degrees out ,i gotta sit there and let the thing warm up so i can steer the thing :beer:
myself and my bud do the middleboro,ma parade the past few years,then the 4th ,then veterans day ,people love the trucks and we have a good time. :driver:
someone gave my buddie one a few months ago. got the flathead running like a clock but the back engine was apart and we did'nt have parts so the back and snowblower got junked . sold the rest to a guy who's making a wrecker out of it ,real nice machine now. :driver:

i'm not sure about the deuces, but the 5 tons airpack has 2 bleeders. bleed the master cyl.then the top bleeder on the air pack then the bottom bleeder on the airpack then the normal routine. :grd:
