Around here I have yet to find a house that is not wired for an electric dryer.
I know it is possible but it would not be the norm.
The worst case scenario would be to have to add a 220 outlet to the panel which is not an issue because most houses have exterior panels.
I have not stick...
I would get rid of the spacers. They add a lot of stress to the bolts.
The curt 15605 has about 3/4" more drop and if properly mounted will clear the existing pintle hook.
I am not a big fan of putting bolts in the frame flange. I did use the 15605 on my three axle, but the hitch is about 2...
That machine should be fine for up to 3/16" material.
Welding 3/8" will be pushing its limits.
I have a red machine that has very similar specs. It has served me well for over the last 20 plus years. This past year I was welding a lot of thicker material and got frustrated waiting for it to...
I live with ringing ears to.
I now use ear muffs when doing anything noisy in the shop, especially grinding.
I prefer the military style earplugs to the foam ones.
It sure looks bent in the picture.
Strip the paint off and check it for cracks. If there are no cracks heat it up and straighten it. The heating may reduce the strength a little bit. If it is cracked straighten it and weld it. It is a common issue.
Have you ever done the COLA test on your truck?
It is required to be performed daily.
It checks governor cut in, cut out, low air buzzer and applied brake to check for leaks.

It is all covered on the CDL
What model and make of generator with what engine.
Sounds like you have an issue with the governor and or voltage regulator. The smaller ones are fixed but the larger ones are variable.
The plates started out as 1/4" thick 12" gussets. They were cut to get around the spring hangers. The bolts are 3/8".
Those look like tractor ball ends for the three point hitch. Cat O ends have a 5/8" hole, the same as the bolt on the trailer to tongue. One issue with them is that they are...
You do need to remove the tailgate. I changed my lower pins to hitch pins.
I you look at the picture of my trailer you will notice I dump at about an 80 degree angle and still have issues with the brush getting stuck on the wheel wells.
Even on the dump trucks we used to dump at a greater...
My castings did fail after about 15 years of very hard use dumping several loads of brush a week.
The dump angles listed in the chart are not, in my experience, real world. They are also not applicable to this application because the wheel wells impede dumping.
They dump just fine. I have been using mine for almost 2 decades.
This is a typical load of brush.
The pivot points were changed to heim joints a few years a go and these are the frame plates.
Most trucks have an open differential in the rear. With a few exceptions only the marine and navy trucks can be fount with lockers. In the civilian world this is limited to construction and vocational trucks. Lockers can lead to some interesting handling on the street. Air lockers are found in...
