What you have are so called 2-pc take-apart, tubeless wheels. They have a 20" diameter, MPT rim-style and a nominal width of 11 inches (W20x11 MPT).
All of the M44A3 series trucks came with the wheels/tires you have pictured.

A few years ago you used to have tons of the M939 WS-seals... still got some?
FWIW, the M939 seals can be cut- and re-glued to correct length, to fit on the M35 & M37s

I suggest reading this good thread... Pretty much every possible option has been discussed here, including pics; drawings and possible suppliers. You certainly will learn some about the difference between 1-piece...
The good thing is that our input shaft doesn't have to be touched, where the seal lip gets to ride on.
The bad is that the stock retainer simply doesn't admit any such mods, to make room for an adequately sized seal (typically 2.0"×1.5"×0.25").

The picture shows the transmission in 4th- AND 3rd-gear, simultaneously. You should be able to pull both clutch collars out of gear without any tools, just by force of your hands/fingers. (It takes less effort to pull out of gear, than to put into gear, but...
