Transmission issue 2 and 3 gear

Most probably you have sheared both keys in the mainshaft, for the splined 2nd-3rd synchro hub. Do some reading here, to better understand what I said...

    Transfer case pto removal

I may suggest reading this thread, starting at Post #24 ... Removing all parts involved can be a very tricky job sometimes, specially with no soldier "B" around... First of all, not all of the six attaching nuts/studs of the housing can be reached with a socket & extension. The upper two...

Mercedes Benz 1017A tires needed 365/85R20

Hallo Manfred, if you can't find any of those XZL's in TX or FL.... I have 3 of them (164G, un-used, 100% thread, still mounted on wheels) sitting at a friend's place in SW-OH. If it wasn't that urgent... we may find a way to get them down to wherever you are, via SS-express?? Safe travels! G.

One of the basic rules of thumb, for hydraulics: http://www.metaris.com/hp-calculator.php According to that, your Honda motor - with the adequate pump and working at 3000psi, should be able to produce almost 13 GPM. For reference, the chart below shows the pump specs for the various HEMTT...

    Removing a runflat

While the one I have pictured is not a 20", the basic procedure is pretty much the same for all rubber runflats: lube well and apply brute force...!

    Oil pan

Same here..., although not 50, but maybe a dozen, yes at least... with best results! And BTW, the very same technique applies to the valve covers. I never used any of these cork gaskets that come with the gasket sets. RTV only, (this one)... I wish I knew exactly what brand of black silicone...
