The ones I've seen on GL (very small sample size) were painted in single color green and often somewhat more rusty than inland dueces. Sometimes (maybe always?) they have US NAVY on the doors and/or tailgate.

Yes, they pull great at high speed even behind a half ton pickup. It does take longer to stop, tho.
