Could be the batteries are bad and the 831s charger can't put out enough current to bring the voltage up and run the pump. Another possibility is the charger may not be working. Check the fuse in the control cube. It is in the power feed from the PMA to the charger.
Looks like the Freq Meter is a 200 micro amp AC current meter. So at 60 hz it looks like the current from transducer should be 100 microamps.
The -24 TM has test procedures for the transducer and the meter.

All of the times for Pre-heat, Priming, Cranking, warm up and Cool down are all user settable. Different time delays can be set for WiFi start/stop and 2-wire start/stop.
The Pre-heat only occurs when the temperature is below 40F. The controller has a temperature sensor to determine if a...
Which 803 "Control Board" are you referring to?
I offer a Control Board that provides 2 wire Start/Stop capability to work with an ATS and other systems.
Also try reconnecting the white plug in the wires to the actuator. Then start it normally. When running the LED in the righthand relay in the control cube should be illuminated. Then move the master switch S1 to OFF. The LED in the right hand relay should go out. Does it?
Suggestion..
Disconnect the white connector in the two wires going to the actuator on the engine.
Lift the actuator off the magnet. Pull start the engine using the compression relief. The engine should run at a relatively low RPM. If it's running at a high RPM then there is an issue with the...
One of the two wires is tied to +24 volts thru a 3.3K 1/2W resistor. So yes, one could monitor the sets battery voltage by measuring the voltage on that wire to determine the sets battery voltage to trigger a restart if the sets batteries voltage gets low. The second wire is connected to a 430...
Could be due to poor contacts in the S6 or S8 switch's. Poor contact in either of those can cause the Overload sensor to think there is an overload and cause an overload and the contactor to open.
With the set OFF I'd suggest exercising both switch's by moving them thru all their positions...
Announcement.... I now offer a Remote Start Kit for the MEP-831A
It incorporates the Governor Controller function and the WiFi Remote Start and Parameter monitoring all in one!
They are available in the Classifieds at...
+24 volts takes a long path thru multiple wires to get to S1-5.
You ought to trace the power path from the battery's positive terminal thru all the points along it's path to S1-5.
Here are the step by step points that it get there from the battery's positive terminal
Battery + goes to Starter...
Thank you!
It certainly was a lot of work both hardware wise and the firmware development of the 4,800 lines of code that run it.
The Beta testers from S.S. who's feedback and feature suggestions help shape the final product.
Unfortunately there were at least 3 variants of the S1 switch...
