Well, you can fix the traces, and try again. Could be all you need to do. Me? I would get in contact with @kloppk . He has a newer and more robust A5 card that he made. There is no telling how old your A5 is, and there may more than just the traces bad. If you fix the traces, follow the test...
You are 100% correct! Nice lookin sled!! Wasnt sure it would get over the curb and into the garage. But everyone in a klick radius was talking about it the next day.
I bet they Have wear Metal analysis predictive failure charts somewhere For these engines. If they see an abnormally high-level of just about anything, they can probably tell you where it’s coming from. Saved my butt more than once!
The Army has more info then the Star Ship Enterprise could...

Do not jump to conclusions. You are not an positive person!! Could be very simple.
I would pull the MPU out, inspect it, clean it, reinstall it and TEST it. IAW the -24 TM...
A good place to start is the PMCS in the operators TM. It will give you some leads. Look at the before operation list first. Then start simple. I would get a pen and paper and LOOK at everything. Write up what is missing and or looks odd. I would also take the control cube top off and look for...
Are you holding the S1 in the up position long enough?
Have you reset the Fault indicator?
Have you down loaded the TM's from the TM forum, and looked at the troubleshooting diagram?
Its VERY rare to find a PP or PU with compleat BII. Its all expendable, and most units rarely use most of it. When something goes into the DRMO, it goes in as a Whole. Things are not stripped off, unless someone is maybe helping a Unit get things it needs. But on the whole, its just not allowed...
