    M812 Fuel Issues

It would be SO nice (and more than a little helpful) If people needing help (and your good self) would put a FULL description of components they want trouble shooting. (just for the sake of a few letters(and 'all' the time that takes)). (It is actually a rule of posting actually). Ok, to help...

    Horn button

That brass cup is supposed to 'short' the top connector to earth. (On that steering wheel nut). The spring holds the top 'connector', AND the brass cup OFF the nut. Try cleaning it (the nut) thoroughly to make a good contact..

    Making oil!

When I bypassed my fuel density compensator, I replaced ALL the fuel lines with new. Using high pressure rubber lines, with NO couplings and connections. thus eliminating future leaks. The old lines had just too many couplings joints and connectors 'mid stream'.

Steel Soldiers MV of the month 2018 - March VOTE HERE!

    Tire Paint Removal

I too am curious as to how you 'thinned' that cap to spray it on the tires. Seriously though, is it tire paint? or what do you use. We jet wash. scrub, then apply back to black or armor all. That Works fine.

    Rear-Front Axle Shift/Slide

When those points are not serviced (which most are not) You may hear quite a 'loud' clunk, (when backing up and turning (likewise forward also), at which some inexperienced drivers 'take fright', and jump out to check the 'What the heck?', noise!.

They Have never failed to start it no matter the length of standing. Last year more of the same went on 3 more trucks. Up to now...
