Both have 4 holes, the portion where the light mounts has a steep angle to make up for the cowl angle.

The manual shows 4, the goat mount I believe is different because of the angle of the cowl, where as the M151 is on a flat surface. Mine is mangled but I will confirm it. Probably used the 4 bolt mount so they would not interchange.

OK, and it may be prudent to wait on the fenders as the "new" parts machines you have word of may have better one, save you a lot of bolt removal. However that air duct will be very welcome any time and I greatly appreciate your efforts removing it.
