What weight are you going to register it at?
It will be subject to the carb regulations.
When you return it to a three axle you will still need the class b
Troyler was a trailer manufacturer from the 50's to the mid 80's. they primarily made trailers for the government and auto transportation.
They made a lot of M105 trailers.
There is a discussion about them on the ATHS website...
When caging a truck that gas sat the brake shoes can rust to the drum and you may need to tap the drum with a hammer.
I have found some caging bolts that use a 13/16" nut.
We do not use the caging bolts that are on the brake cans because the tend to be rusty and just a pain in the but. Always...
Sounds normal. Keep an eye on the temp gauge and fluids. Do you gave a block heater? A winter front is in order but keep a close eye in the temperature gauge.

CA has a very funny law that states with a class c license you can only drive a three axle vehicle if the GVW is under 6,000 lbs, yes 6,000 lbs.
The other issue is an A2 is not old enough to be historic if the paperwork is correct.
If your neighbor was able to quiet claim the land then you really did not own it and either there was a mistake in the paperwork or the realtor did not know what they were talking about.
You need to talk to your title company
