    I took my wiper motors off, and forgot to plug the lines. It acts the same way yours does. I would fix the vacuum leak(s).

    I took one picture with my phone, and John did take lots of pictures, but with Deb's camera! So these are all there are. Problem with the water over the windshield is the box created a vortex and swirled it all back into our backs.

    The Air Force uses a bunch just like it. Do you have plenty of paved or very compacted hard surface to run on? I bought an old clark lift years ago, and while handy, if I got 1in off the hard packed stone of my driveway I was stuck.
