This is not the primary reason for the speed restrictions on these tires, the centrifugal, or how ever you spell it, forces are a major reason they are restricted in speed. And if you are running 120 psi in a 14.00 you are way over pressure on the stock 939 rims and are just as bad as the guy...

If you look at some of the other post there are some pictures of under the hood and I believe that the piece under the fender is the same on the Bosnian armored trucks as the P1 trucks.

No Coffey it is just a M936A2 and supposedly 100 M939A2 were outfitted with the engines.

Yeah you would have to modify some bits but should be able to do so fairly easy.
