My plow truck does this also. I lost all of my body mounts and the fan hits the shroud. Just kisses hit. I'm to laxy to fix this truck so eventually it will work itself out. So you may want to check cab mounts or motor mounts or shroud bolts
I think you should get a multi meter or at least a test light and a buddie. See if you are even getting power. The very first thing I would do is DOGHEAD starter relay mod. IIRC the small wire goes on the lug closest to the drivers side on the starter. Search for the bracket its around here...
my truck is leaning 2" to the left side both front and rear. Tire pressure is good. flat pavement. The truck has a 4" lift kit. I could see the front being a little off but the rear with blocks looks even worse than the front. I didn't really think the rears could be bad. When they pick these...
just got my truck running about a month ago and put some 35's on it yesterday. It still isn't enough for the m1008.

you dont need the removal tool. just peel off the center locking strip and push on the glass. from the inside out. I like installing them with windex and plastic spoons.
I think You should buy a cheap meter and prob around a little bit. You will find the 12v sources and figure out a lot of things about your cucv. Also use the search function. lots of good info out there.
