Much ado about nothing. If we are powering a 1.4 billion dollar Patriot Battery, or a Hospital using state of the art medical equipment, using Military gen sets, I really doubt that the power is very "Dirty".

What gen set do you have? The MEP-009A? Or the MEP-009B?

Historically, Military gen sets have almost always a clean waveform.

There are warning in the TM about welding on the truck. Precautions needed to be taken to ensure nothing gets damaged. You need to readjust the MPU. I would pull it out, clean it and reinstall it. Then readjust it to as close to 3 volts as you can.
