When I type a long post I must keep jumping from one item to another (or page) or I am logged out, and have to refresh the page and or log in over again. Have not found a cure for that yet. With or without the remember me. Seems like a "timing error" somewhere in the software.
If you haven't fixed it yet, Taking a long shot from a long distance, (at "base and safe") I would star it. Turn on everything and watch the volt/amp indications. Are they stable?, Rev up the engine steadily watching and listening to the indications. Let it idle (all on still) now repeat the...
That looks one way big demanding task. With all the time effort and money to put into it, does that not equate to just buy a complete clean, finished working example?

If threads are "dry" they Can (will!) bind to varying...
The method you have used is the best way on those vehicles, and you seem to have got it just right. As said previously, if it does not ping in high gear pulling, or on hills then your fine.
For crying out loud, CHECK YOUR WHEEL NUTS IMMEDIATELY. (or sooner!) And wheel bearings, Before doing a full all round inspection to check and perform necessary maintenance on your truck. And can we have pictures of your vehicle please. Now, Welcome to the site, Hobby, friendships, And events to...
