If the computer has the same problem with all sites, roll back to the last good version where it worked properly. (if you don't know how, google how to roll bak to an earlier working version.) check your anti virus settings. and or other protective program settings.

Why not just crack the unions both sides and remove the whole thing to check if split cracked or missformed? you could have done that in shorter time than all the searching you have done..Silly question , have you tried to tighten the unions yet?
