I thought that might be Tylers Bro selling that. Hole is correct, Tyler is a gerat guy and I know he has been saying he wanted to get this truck gone since his bro had no time for it and Tyler has his gasser. I'd jump on it. Also, Tyler can give you some pointers on it. I forget his name here...
That could be you issue. The primer will cause air to be introduced into the system. There are 4? o-rings on the primer pump shaft that could be the issue, or, the nut could be loose at the top of the primer, or the lines on the primer could be loose. It will run on WD-40 and has nada to do with...

You can also take the rear plate off and give it a SMALL turn...like less than an 1/8 turn..to up the delivery. Careful!
I constantly run a diesel/gasoline mix. Although it doesn't get super cold here, it works fine. I do notice a tad bit of low power if I get too much gas in it when pulling a trailer.
Only seen that a couple of times. Both engines..a 10 liter and an 855 were recently in accidents. IIRC we attributed it to a hard it in the front...they both had a single broken main bolt in the center.
Just an FYI. When things break like that it is one of two things. Oversped...but that will bend pushtubes first, or a failed vibration damper. Same goes for crankshafts. If it breaks at the #1 rod journal, you have a junk damper and if it breaks at the #6 rod journal, the flywheel is suspect.
