That 30" snow got one of my mud flaps too. Just repaired it a couple days ago. Mine only has 3 bolts through the rubber, doesn't seem to bend the bracket as bad when I tear one off.

You might want to look at mufflers and sound deadener mat if you want to hear the cb and radio! Don't forget to get some pics of the install. Folks here love pics!

I doubt I'll have that kind of mishap just because of the way I intend to use it. The 2" receiver tube is under the boxed section. It will probably never type anything, just have a rack mounted to haul firewood or a generator. I may flat tow my Jeep behind it but that will connect to the pintle...
