Trailer hitch. Welded on a 2" receiver today. I plan to use this with a rack to haul firewood and possibly a bike rack for the kids bikes.
Found a leak in the roof today. Ice must have pushed up the solar panel mount. It was dripping out of a screw hole into the sink. Not sure how long it's...
You can check the sprag engagement by jacking up one front tire and seeing if it locks in. Engine off, air pressure up, the tire should only turn one direction for reverse and the opposite for any other gear and neutral. It's always locked in, that's why it's important not to drift backwards...
I see no reason not to turbo the non turbo nhc250. It should actually make the engine last longer by keeping it cooler.
I have put thousands of miles on my truck since adding a turbo along with many others on this site. The truckers had been doing the same thing for years with the low HP nh...
You could recreate the m809 style exhaust through the mirror brackets and use a muffler that goes in the stack.

I'm planning on going. Bringing my crew ( wife + 2 sons). I'll probably bring the camper and my jeep. Stay for the weekend. I should have some firewood too.

Your original parts are probably within spec anyway but it's easy to check. Probably matter more with a clutch.
10 speed
A long time ago the motorpool was changing the aluminium fans to steel fans on the deuces. The aluminium ones are prone to cracking and breaking when put under water.
Electric is a good mod. They wouldn't even be needed most of the time as long as the water pump is turning. I've had 8.3 Cummins...
I don't know if this will help or just add to the confusion but Cummins superseded cpl26 with cpl170 some years ago. Maybe they have more info for that cpl.
Need to put a guage on that pump and see what it's putting out. Should be around 160 psi stock. If the gear pump is wore out and it can't...
I didn't know what info you were trying to find from the cpl. There is also a fuel pump code. I don't have that book though. Best to send the pump out and have it set on a bench. Although you may be able to get away with just replacing the gear pump and leave the governor end alone.
Almost all military nhc250's are cpl26. Base model 240 HP motor. Here is some good info on pump pressure http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?122038-Increasing-PT-pressure
This should be a great build. Good thing it's a crew cab. That winch takes a crew to operate! The 45k winch is an awesome winch but it doesn't free spool. Takes an hour to pay out the cable and weighs more than one can drag. I opted for the 20k for my rear winch instead.
Don't forget the pics Jeff!
I was just thinking the same thing. I say every year in going to try to make it. We'll see! I helped start this shindig before I had kids, now they're old enough to camp out for the weekend!
I'm going to copy your copied dead bolt! I bought the garage door dead bolt about a year ago. The door is too thick so I finally got an extension piece to try to make it work. Maybe I'll start on that after the game. GO EAGLES!
Ran across these locking door handles. Looks like the same design as my trailer. I want to be able to lock the door without a padlock, from the inside and outside. I'm gonna try to make a deadbolt work.
