RE: H-Depot Desert Tan Recipe
No prep, except for blowing the dirt and leaves away from the sides. I was gonna do the rest of the inside of the bed today, but, my wife is CRABBY! Haven't seen her yet, just talked to...er...listened to her on the phone. Just used Behr ultra flat exterior. Looks...
I can't believe I did it. I took the canvas off the truck this last weekend. The inside of the bed looks like...well, poop. I wanted to base paint it sand and add the earth yellow, brown and black. AVTE stopped carrying the gallons of Aervo. I thought and thought about it. Took a sample paint...
Re: RE: brakes on a deuce
These trucks use air pressure to boost the brakes...kinda like a car uses vacuum. The air pak is located under the drivers side of the cab. Before you do ANYTHING to it or the truck, you should do what steelandcanvas says, download the manuals. If you have dial up, it...

Scratch out "mountains of Co." and insert, "deserts of So. Cal." Also do alot of static displays, parades and drive it just to unwind from the stresses of the day.
RE: trailer
If you hit the drums with the hammer and they ring like a bell, the shoes aren't stuck, Pos. frozen bearings? Try easy things first...check the e-brakes, then work your way back.
