    PLEASE HELP....STARTERBOLT-ITIS

OOPS! You can use a die grinder with a fine point burr and try grinding the extractor out. Alot of times the vibration of the grinding will loosen the broken extractor piece.

    M105A2 Brake Parts

So ,the M105 A2 wheel cyls...the axle with the 3, 1/4 20 screws that hold the dust cover on..are NOT the same as the M35A2? Are they unique to the A2 or are they used on another vehicle?

    PLEASE HELP....STARTERBOLT-ITIS

If the hole you drilled is very, very close to center of the broken capscrew, drill the old , broken capscrew to the size hole needed to tap threads for the existing bolt size. The drilled hole SHOULD remove all material, except for the threads. You can then, peel the left over threads out of...

WTB: Upper and lower radiator hoses for an NHC250 in an M818

Bruce, I think the upper is just wrapped stick hose. Snap some pics of them both...top and bottom. I have a boat load of hose. If it is straight, measure it and let me know.

    Interesting gun truck mod

Can you imagine what kind of nightmare it must have been to figure out a clutch linkage? Wonder how long it took them to figure out all the different mods...e-brake, clutch, throttle...what did they do for gauges? Anyone got a pic of the drivers area on this truck? Those people were thinkin' man!

Where can I find one of these?

I think that will be a hand made one off job. Looks good though! Looks off set at the bottom for tire clearance and that would help with the wt. distribution too.

    Buying my first Deuce

At the top of the deuce forum, there are some stickies..read them. Download at least the TM 9-2320-361-10 operators manual and read that. Shop around and, if possible, have someone who has a bit of knowledge on what you wanna get go with you to check it out. Use the member locator map and see if...

Bringing a 123 back to life

RE: M578 I don't think it will see the road. We kind of messed around and thought about taking it into the field next door, but I don't want to draw any negative publicity to the museum. If LA counties finest came by, they might not think it was such a good idea. It was a blast to drive around...

    SR71 Blackbird

That was good reading...think i'll print it off and keep it...for future reading! There have been some of the B1's at some of the air shows out here. They leak the same way. I asked one of the flight crew why the aircraft had drip pans under it.." did you have a failure on the way in?" He said...

Bringing a 123 back to life

RE: M578 It made smoke, but never lit off. That fan sure draws some amps! The batteries were dead, dead. I think the museum is gonna get some new ones, but the ones in it were almost dry. They could be brought back with a fast charge then back off to a trickle...maybe, I'll see what Craig wants...

Need M105 wiring conversion to composites

Not as easy as just un bolt and bolt the new ones up. There is cutting and grinding and drilling involved, but it is easy. The drivers side is gravy, if you try to use the existing holes, the light hits the frame. you need to make an extention...no biggie. The pas. side takes some cutting...

Need M105 wiring conversion to composites

Mike, You can put the composite lights on the trailer that has/had the old round lights. There are just a couple of mods to do. The wiring is the same. The free trailer had the round lights and the GL trailer ahd the composites, I wanted composites, so, I just swapped them...took a bit of...
