Good advise Leonard, some newer Mules have aluminum decks. Cabell corrected me on this some time ago, don't know when the aluminum came into play.

Re: RE: Vegoil destroys engines? The veggie oil is slightly acid and that is another reason to have a dual tank system, so that the filters, pump etc can be flushed with regular diesel before shut-down. I'm definetely a two tank man. :-)

Interseting, but some of the statements may not be accurate for heated veggie oil. Good start for a research project. Usually, veggie oil will reduce exhaust emissions and it also adds lubricity to the fuel.

Scotchbrite takes the oxide off for a good finish. :-) Is there a chemical that will do the same, for the little details and crevices?

Got this from a 1996 M925. Anybody know if this is for sound or weather insulation, tough stuff, about 3/8 inches thick.

I would try different paint solvents on a small part of the tag to make sure it didn't ruin it. Light sanding of top layers works. Some tags are screen printed (the black part) with epoxy ink and are very resistant to solvents.
