I have triangles in the truck and tool box, 4 total. Hi-Vis Vest with High Vis Mechanix gloves, a Harbor freight magnetic white LED light that can attach to the back of my truck, and road safe beacons (I can't remember the name) that have a red/amber light setup and can flash various patterns...
2 questions:
1. has anyone used the CARC look-a-like paint to do up their M880 in a MERDEC scheme? (all the paint jobs I see seem to be "faded")
2. is the cargo cover system for an M880 the same as a M1008?
I'm not 100%, and I'm on leave for the next week so I won't be able to find a truck to confirm, BUT... I would say the power system could go next to the DAGR. Monitor and keyboard should be routed to the TC. I see what you're saying regarding the bolt holes... no idea other than to try other...
It would be fun to have it run another system or be able to do other things. Missing in that picture is the DAGR mount. should be on that plate facing out.
It had the curb side and street side Battery trays, on both, for sure on the M882, not 100% on the M880.
The M882 had a alternator on the street side of the engine with a double groove pulley on it. There was a empty bracket off of the curb side of the engine. The street side wheel well also...
