I purchased a mobile tower trailer a few weeks ago. The tower had been removed but all the hydraulics and electric motors for the cable reels were still on it. It's all aluminum, has air over hydraulic brakes and the bed is 8'x19'.
I put a wood deck on it and purchased some aluminum ramps...
Locks don't really help. I bought a hydraulic trailer that had six tool boxes full of tools and each box had a padlock. When I picked it up, every padlock was pried off and most of the tools were gone.
We have two pair. I don't remember if they are NOS or depot rebuilds. Anyway, they should fit into one of those standard boxes if anyone wants them. What would you offer as a donation to Vietnam Veterans of America?

Sorry, but the TM from the resource section:
ARMY TM 9-2320-260-20
Shows electrical connections on those pages.
We must be looking at two different things.
First of all, I've been all through the TM's and I couldn't find a thing on the subject. It does show you how to replace the guage and the pump.
However, Martin is the man! He knew exactly what the problem was: The supply line to the primer pump was connected to the wrong port on the fuel...
This is interesting. I have two replies so far and one says it will show pressure and the other one says it will not. I'm still a little confused!!! My guage reads 30 lbs. at idle.
I found an old post that talked about the primer guage and if pressure should show when the engine is running, but they never came up with a definative answer. Does anyone know if this guage should show pressure when the engine is running? Should the supply line going to the primming pump have...
I just took mine apart and had some glass cut to fit. Use 1/4" laminated glass and ask them to round the corners for you (helps on install). I also sandblasted and painted the frames while I had them apart.
The proceadure for adjusting it is in the TM's. However, it didn't say what it did. I understand a little better now. Instead of letting the truck go to full RPM, you bump it up against the air cylinder plunger to set at the deisred RPM when the remote throttle is wide open when working with...
Does anyone know what the fuel pump air cylinder does on the NHC250? I've read how to adjust it, but I don't know what it does. Also, the adjustment procedure says to start the truck and wait until the air pressure builds up, then, open the throttle wide open and adjust the cylinder...
