    20 ton Crane axles

Wasn't someone on the board looking for an extra deep gear set a while back? I can't remember who that was.

    power rear window?

To be honest, the worst thing I can say about it is that it seems to be able to draw down a 1200CCA truck battery while it's running up or down. It hasn't actually killed the battery on it's own yet, but it rolls pretty quick to about the half way point, then slows down to a crawl. Does the same...

    power rear window?

My suburban has the power rear glass. I hate almost everything about it, but it's not much worse than the standard crank-up type. One day I'm going to convert to the double rear doors with hinges on the sides. A pox on the tailgate!

    715 engine swap

Tell that to my local "auto recycler" yard owners! I've found a few runners in private hands for $300 max, but the junkyards want over $1000 just because it's a diesel. I like 6.2's, but not that much!

any Ohio deuce owners near Akron area?

I have a decent M35 gasser tank in the garage. The mounting brackets might still be laying around, too.

    715 engine swap

The 6.2 is a better motor than some people give it credit for. And don't get sucked in by the "this is the way I did it, so you're stupid if you don't do it the same way" crowd. That attitude does help keep the price of a decent 6.2 down, though. My setup is a 6.2 n/a, SM465 4 sp, stock t-case...

    New and need help.

Wow, I'd have trouble typing that much on a computer, let alone a doggone phone! I get the point about having an experienced hand there to look things over. The manuals can't duplicate sounds very well. (for example) You'll still need them, and I'd bet you can find a whole set at the next MV...

    Jim Henry Surplus - NC

X100 on Jim being a character. I think he chuckled a bit watching me dig through an entire triwall to find alt belts for gimp's truck. We ate about 10 of them on the way down, and wanted all we could get for the trip back. How far along is he on rebuilding the huey out front?

Whoah there, gimp. Let's start off with something small. How about tossing a 250 cummins out the back first?
