I can't be of help with those items. Sorry. And I have been soured on GL to the point that I don't know if I'll ever deal with them again. The local guys on site are great. The central office staff are mindless drones.

Sorry, I am not clear on what you did. You added a trans cooler to the trans? Why? There is a trans cooler on top of the radiator.

Thanks. The CSR I spoke with today told me to start the note with "Attention Management", but she didn't say to put it in the subject line. I'll do that for all future notes. ... such a sophisticated method for managing routing of customer emails. lol
