The clogged up PCV pipe is not uncommon.
It's a good idea to check.
Had the same problem on my WDX blowing oil.
After a lot of thought on the leaks I started looking at the PCV system
And come across the pipe.
Pipe was plugged solid. Used the drill method
Amazingly the engine dried up.
And I...
Replace the line and be done with it.
Or install a compression fitting.
BTW they do make specific trans. cooler line hose. Fuel line hose will work but
Can't take the heat for long.

The ARB was a limited run of air lockers.
You will have to find someone who has a few to sell.
Charles at M series rebuild, and Vintage Power Wagons are probably your best bet.

The Vacuum portion of the fuel pump aids in keeping the wipers going.
A vacuum line from the manifold goes to the inlet side of the pump,
Then from the outlet of the pump to the hose that feeds the wipers.
If your flooding still, there is leakage internally in the carb or
Float level wrong.

Use a screw and slide hammer on both.
Do not turn the adj. nut on the input side.
Not a bad job, but by the time you have the pitman arm and steering
Shaft off, just change it out, unless your sure your output shaft bushing
Is not worn out.(likely cause for leak)

Put a 15/16 socket on the front crank pulley bolt and turn the engine, you will hear a click.
That is the bendix coming out of the flywheel.
Then try to re-start.
This is providing your sure your Batteries are up.
Not sure why this happens but it does occasionally to my M1028A2.
Everything is...
Finally got around to adding the optional roof drip gutters around the top of the door
Of the M1028A2.
PITA when you open the door and water runs/drips onto the seat edge and door panel.

I don't think those holes were ever threaded or had nutserts in them from the factory.
Maybe a depot or field repair?
A plate was made up with two nutserts in it and held on the inside of the outer bed wall or fender while bolts were passed through the ant.
Bracket and threaded into.
Two plates...
That's why I never buy on line parts other than the military vendors.
I support my local Napa and CARQUEST as much as possible.
Btw,Fyi,
The correct tail pipe in the kit from LMC is correct for a gasser as stated.
The OEM tail pipe on the V8 gas trucks was not 90 deg. but slightly swept back...
" I think TGP and Dependable have the emissions concept backwards. Retarded timing reduces NOX emissions. "
Just to clarify for you The cold start system advances engine timing approx.. 3deg for a slower cleaner burn when cold controlling white smoke.
I doubt it would "knock" much at all if...
FYI
If it takes ten minutes to come off advance in 40 deg. temps, you have other problems.
0 deg possibly.
You can disable the circuit if you want.
The timing was advanced to help burn fuel and reduce smoke(emissions) until cylinder heat takes over.
You should always allow the advance to...
