    Sad to hear about all the hassle. Im in Collin co & have trained 2 of the ladies at my tax office on everything from cucv’s to 5 tons. At the counter now less than 5 minutes start to finish !

    They were not designed to be a dump trailer. The tongue was designed to be folded up, for more compact shipping.

    700r4 is 27 spline, turbo 400 is 32 spline. How are you addressing that issue ?

    Alternator pulley size question

    Can anyone tell me the correct alt pulley size ? Friend has an m998 with a 3&3/4in pulley. I’m seeing a 5in pulley. His is damaged, any reason not to use the 5in one ? I realize alt will spin slower but will this cause any issues ? Thanks

    I’d say TORQUE & heat kill them. Agreed, bigger the cooler the better. I think ANY trans will stand up behind a 6.2 ! I guess if you putt around in an empty truck (mall crawler) it will do fine. There is a reason Gm never put them in anything bigger than a underpowered HALF TON !
