On my M35A2, I tried to use Cargo, but the DMV wasn't recognizing that term in their data base. Finally a supervisor came to the window and asked if the truck had seats in the rear. I responded with a paused "Yes, as a matter of fact it does." She plugged SUBN into the computer, which in NY...
I have listed some parts In the Classifieds. They are under Aberdeen Thursday 12 May 2011.
I will be bringing these to leave with some other people. PLease take a look and call my cell.
I will be in town by about 0900. If you are interested call me tonight so I have an idea of whom I will be...
Yep! Same issues when I first bought my duece. I also made a stack cap, and since that decision, I've been through several Nor'Easters, with very high 60 MPH wind gusts and not a single drop of water.
I went to the hardware store, bought a 3" rubber pipe cap, drilled a small hole in the center...
The trucks were pretty much perfected from the get go, and there was no reason to re-design. My 1971 A2, could be mistaken for a much later truck simply because it had a lot of new parts (replaced), and the motor was re-built in 1986.

I bought new fro mthe factory, and now my...
I will be attending both Sussex, and Aberdeen and I hope to see everyone at both! Food wise at Aberdeen, we might have other plans, although it would be nice to stop by for a cracker barrel and say hello to everyone.

I bought the new issue USGI Military Fuel Cans from a seller on eBay, and in fact today just received another order for Three, new issue factory direct Military Water Cans in OD.
Last year I was able to purchase and sell sets of USGI factory ordered two single piece straps, on ebay that not only go vertical under the bracket and over the top of the can, but also around the waist, and secure the can horizontally too.
I have since sold out.
The straps must go under the...
I seem to recall that the standard A2s had two guage ilumination lights and one High Beam indicator. You could have the Low Air Light kit installed and the instructions had a template to drill a hole out and place the socket in the center position. (Pic of my std guage panel)
The A2Cs had the...
