    No they are just stuck on there most likely by sealer. Be gentle with them they bend easily.

    Check the relay make sure it's the correct one. Pull it out and see if it has five or 4 blade contacts and correct voltage relay

    I totally agree I had one tripping just by touching it. It got replaced with fuse no more tripping.
