    My new project (M1009)

The alternator pulley looks suspect to me. I would suggest a solid machined pulley instead of the stamped steel type like you have. Probably need one on the other side too. I would also try another crank pulley and compare it if you have one available.

    1987 m1028 cucv

Hydraulic hoses take a lot more heat on my tractors than your cucv produces I bet! A rubber hose will not dissipate heat as well as a steel line though.

Are you still using known clean fuel in your can or did you hook it back up to the stock tank that could have bad fuel?

A new Heavy Duty steering damper will fix a lot of death wobble issues. If these are original they are usually shot.

Overthinking things again - Grease - Wheel bearings

It is not a good idea to mix different types of grease. It is not a good idea to clean bearings with gasoline. Use a good cleaning solvent instead, Then let dry completely. Do not use compressed air and spin a bearing to dry it. This is very dangerous as the bearing can come apart very quickly...

Sounds like a misfire please help!

If it ran fine on that trip, then sluggish, then ok after changing it with a new filter except it has a miss, sounds like something in fuel was bad.

What plugged your filter all of a sudden on that trip when it started running poorly?

Sounds like a misfire please help!

Are you running on biodiesel or #2 ULSD? Bio will clean gunk out of the tank and lines and plug filter. You may have to change filter a few times. I would try pouring some Seafoam into the tank with about five gallons of ULSD and see if that helps first. Sounds like it could have an injector or...

    M1009 Wipers

When heavy wet snow falls onto windshield from a tree or whatever you are going to have to remove it manually. Wipers are not designed to remove a large accumulation of compacted snow at once.

You have confirmed the starter is 24 volt?

    M1009 transmission kickdown switch

This will work. You can even put a bigger hose over the first hose for more movement if needed.

    Electrical issue.

Previous owner may have tried to convert it to 12 volt. You said batteries were hooked up in parallel. Check starter to confirm if it is 12 or 24 volt. 12 volt conversion will not start as strong with the same battery cables. 12 volt needs upsized cables to start strong. It still may not start...
