Your problem started when you filled up with contaminated fuel. Get rid of the bad fuel completely. It is on the bottom of the tank. Quit trying to push it thru the pump and injectors. Injection pumps and injectors do not like water or trash. When All bad fuel is removed put in Clean diesel and...

    CUCVRUS Repair Projects

Forklift operators can tear up a lot of stuff moving your stuff around while you are waiting for EUC to clear and act like they never knew it happened. Some are not very careful with you watching them load. Some can do it like they are supposed to and be very professional!

    Starter blowing fuses.

Look for Wilson 91-01-4376 for the direct drive starter and Wilson 90-01-4277 for the isolated ground alternator. Wilson does high quality remans on Delco cores.

    Starter blowing fuses.

This is why I like Delco starters and alternators. Reman the originals if at all possible.

    1980 M920 fuel

If it sits idle any at all do not run bio diesel. It attracts moisture! I use cleanest diesel I can find and Power Service additive. Cummins endorses Power Service! Other flavors of the best additives are ok too.

    CUCVRUS Repair Projects

Torsion axles work best on single axle trailers like this, however being fully loaded all the time will reduce the life of the rubber cushions inside the tubes. Easy to fix by replacing the complete axle. Good luck with your project.

    Replacement Alternators

You can even purchase these from numerous places on the bay down to $132.38. They are not exact nor are they Delco either. We have been thru this before. They are all knockoff new manufactured. The adjuster bolt is 5/8-16 thread sae not metric like original. Some will have alignment problems...

    Hard Start Issue

The little puddle of oil could be diesel that came out of injection pump shaft seals. It runs down valley on top of engine, then thru a hole and down the back side of engine to the ground and looks like oil. Check it out. It could be a leaking supply hose that goes to same pump.
