M939 series 5 ton is tye way to go. You can get a frankencab A2 and have a very tightly sealed cab. I hate fmtv nothing but a disaster in iraq for us. I will never trust them.

Neither is the CP3 in a duramax... but man does a lift pump help them out. An LP has been added to a few trucks on this site. A search will show it helped.
