I was missing the same part when I got mine. The only place that had one was hummer parts guy but you have to ask as it doesn't say they have any on their site. Also don't install the soft top without the windshield former(that's its name) because you have to install the top inside the former...
While removing the retainer to replace the input seal I broke the shims that were behind the retainer. I ordered new ones from kascar but the ones I ordered seem thinner than the ones I took off. Also the new ones are clear while the old ones are a solid brown. I'm wondering if there are...

There were like 10 slantback HMMWV's in hawaii that were sold as scrap on iron planets site a little while back. They looked like they were in really nice condition also.
There isn't the agreement that you wouldn't get them titled, only "the Humvee is not roadworthy and agrees that Humvee is for off-highway use only." It doesn't say you cant get them titled and registered, or that you wouldn't even drive them on regular roads.
Had the injectors cleaned and re-calibrated, runs better than ever now though I still want to see if the valves need adjusting. Also found out that an ar15 chamber brush is the perfect thing to clean out the injector tubes in the head.
