    2010 PNW Mini - Rally

K, I'll try to make it with the HEMTT, the wife may veto it, she doesn't like to let me have fun on my own and I think that is a kids soccer day.

    Humber Pig APC

He told me that they were just too heavy for their running gear and because of that prone to breakage. The B60 isn't a problem, but it is grossly under powered for a vehicle that weighs almost twice that of a Ferret. He also explained they weren't great to work on but not quite as bad as the...

    My new Deuce Hauling trailer!

Here's what I use for my armor, or in this case a 5 ton M656. Trailer has 2 -12,000 lb axles with disc brakes and a power dove tail ramp, overall bed 29'. 2008 Ford F450 with a factory tow rating of 24k, 6.4 Diesel with 4.88 rear gears.

    24v LED headlights

Damon put them on the HEMTT, I love them and would add them to any of my MV's moving forward, they are AWESOME!

    My new Deuce Hauling trailer!

They are very handy to have, I have something similar . . . just different brands.

    50k for a HEMMT

HEMTT is an 8 or 10 wheel drive truck. The LVS is a 4WD tractor with a powered "trailer" of sorts.

    50k for a HEMMT

A lot of work to make it pretty, but it looks all there!

    Oil

That is just what you want, your oil will get rid of the water at those temperatures and stay much cleaner. I have the opposite problem in the HEMTT, it takes 20 miles for the trans to get to 130 and 45 miles to get to 180. Even in the summer it takes a while but does eventually get 10 degrees...

Someone is gettin a HEMTT! =)

A nearly unstoppable truck but it would be better with wheel mounted motors, the outer wheels could be individually commanded to turn faster through a turn.

    Humber Pig APC

When I was shopping in England for toys I asked about a Pig, my supplier told me he wouldn't sell me one. He liked his reputation too much.

    quad 50 weight

I was thinking the mount was a LOT heavier than 600 lb., I was thinking at least a ton but I see I was low by 50%.

    The 5-Ton HMTT is home!

Yup, it looks like M656 axles all right, NICE find!

What is a HEMTT really worth?

Heavier duty crane is all I can tell and I believe all 985's have been upgraded from the 4 speed to the 5 speed Allison, like mine has, but I cannot confirm this.
