I drilled the holes, and the rubber grommet things did not fit well, it also looked like it would not take much to wear through and cut into the lines.. so i decided to route the hoses back further like others in this thread to the semi-circle cut out already there.
thanks hopefully we will have another rally or get together or something I want to get more ideas from people who have actually done things next I'll probably be the working on the I/P turning up screws .

yeah looks good to me I'd like to give the shop before the snow hits, even if it's only part of the route, I would like to just get familiar with how this thing performs.
the only place i know to "off road is Browns Camp in Tillamook OR. ant those are mostly trails for smaller 4x4 (smaller than Deuce)

I just picked up 7 Goodyear MVT's 395/85/ in excellent shape and 7 wheels from him. got em' all mounted and rolling!! suckers are 320 LBS each mounted!! stock deuce were "only" 172 lbs. ea.

I FINALLY got the dam seat back frame re-installed after another 45 mins of prying with multiple prybars and much more torn up fabric!!!:evil::evil:

yes im wondering if the passenger side smaller side ever had any lube in it changed because of lack of access.. that threaded rod is WELL over the drain plug an cannot get any tool that large there..
i likr the cutting idea, but shouldnt thar threaded ron be more "in" the winch to hold...

i finished installing mine and plant to run it for the first time soon!!
only thing i did not do was drain the smaller side of whatever is in there because that large threaded bar with the nuts on it is preventing access to the drain plug!!
i also discovered that the drain plugs...
in addition to my muffler, I used half inch thick fiber pad from carpet padding , then a half inch rubber carpet pad , followed by dense foam cut to fit behind on the back wall in the triangle spaces and corners along with the convoluted foam headliner that I made and installed

I would prefer to have some kind of storage incorporated in that location . maybe an old ammo box bolted to the side I don't know something it could be very useful space for storage .
much easier to get out than back in!! i did mone and i chewed up the fabric pretty bad TRYING to re-install the seat back:cookoo:
Its Still not fully re-installed I cant seem to get the metal round frame to stay in the "crimped detent parts.. I wish i had not messed with it.:cookoo:
