that is not your radiator . its the overflow jug .
lots of times there junk holders . I have seen some nasty ones over the years .
check the actual radiator its self . might be clean .
but if there also that color combo looks like little oil mix possible.
working on the 936a2 with the 8.3 cummins and need to swap the compressor out .
the used engine we had installed had a comp on it . but the unit was never checked and now its installed it has a bad head gasket . huge amount of air out of it .
so by the looks of it its pull the comp off the...
if you can acssess threw floor pan lots of guys use a engine cheery picker down the hole / panel area and drop them out this way also . and in your tall needs maybe a come along to get extra length .
super lift . has 12"
crossover steering kit as stock push/pull even with correction parts will SUCK at that hight .
and don't forget drive shafts . the fronts going to be a pita for the short yet steep angle with 12" lift.
also cut fenders and or still 3" body lift .

you do know 3/8 bolt is sloppy . better to dril tiny bit out and go 7/16 bolts .
also I don't use lock washers I use metal crimp nuts not nylock .
also I run bolts a little long for shank to fill hole even better .
but looks good there .
so long story kind of short . . . .
got a used motor for the old girl . come out of a civi truck so was not setup for air/water after cooler setup on intake .
guy he paid to do the swap he said oh I can set it up and be good to go .
we get it back and yes it runs but has few bugs and also...
gm test for bad hydro boost unit .
pump pedal engine off 10 x . then on 10th hold to floor or down as far as possible.
fire up engine and pedal should drop and then rise back up and over power your foot pressure.
if dosnt do this = bad .

I made my own beefy rear cross member to replace the chinsy thick tin one.
real easy to do also .
new custom bumper for rear . made in cardboard first .

other problm in the last few years now in north east rust belt . . . . LIQUID DE-ICE fluids .

as said DO NOT use your 1ton this way . that 5ton dosnt weigh 5 tons . . . . it will push you around like rag doll.
my old first mud truck with super swampers was bad . till I had a old guy tell me do the tire chalk test on the tread . I went from 35-40 psi down to 25 psi .
man what a difference this made in ride and handling .
I think playing with your air pressure will get you dialed in a lot .
csm davis like I said before there real confusing to me as they cover so many and not in order .

cha ching :jumpin: ........ we got winch . work finaly slowed down a bit today and I checked with another guy and the pto cable @ tranny bracket was poped out / or some dip sh!t didn't hook it back correct when motor was swaped over .
winch does work in/out from the cab now .
so drum lock...
those tsm papers confuse me . . . . I have hard time with drawn and typed info . if I see pics and videos I am much better .
but I did fre up truck for min - 2 and then shut off. trans in N and shifter lever to engage on front winch . fired up and still nothing .
