ya but is this the whole system or just the boom winch for flow . ?
i understand the 2500 psi . but trying to check flow rate to see if stuff is working as it should .
if so then i will wire / zip tie / tap them open . . . thats crazy . and why hide these so far under the truck when you can get to the 2 tanks under the cab so easy .
you must have not read my other posts . . . i figured it out .
but here is the pics of the 2 ball valves on the 3rd tank hidding up inside the frame by the t-case and BIG pto pump .
so kind of long story here but its fixed for little more than $1.50 for the test fitting and 2hr of my time and a few helpful hints from here .

o.k. who ever installed the self tap bolts that hold the hose clamps to the body must have a special skinny socket .

will post back up when I find the problem .
thanks for the help

upper hose off = no air flow .
lower hose at tank = crack loose lots of air hiss . didn't remove 100% as tank is full psi .
upper air tank under pass side cab = full air and tank drain screw open lots of air .
lower tank under cab = no pressure...
so the other week we were playing with the wrecker and she overheated a bit . 2 gal lost from boil over . . let cool down and she seems fine . no loss of coolant since .
well before shut down I popped the hood and the fan was not spinning . we were using the rear pto for the crane / drag winch...
i have a civi k30 i bobbed down due to rusted rear frame rails .
its now around 110" wb and it rides on light duty 3/4 ton 56" rear springs not stock k30 springs . its great for plow duty with balast weight but i dont care for it this short . flatbed is 5ft long . took 3ft off it .
you can...
bump this old thread . . . anyone use this unit yet ?
the truck at work overheated the other day when using the crane unit . the fan was not on on the running engine.
I have a male/male 6jic fitting on order to test it .
but if it needs a new switch this looks the best .
mabye a idea is build a conversion hitch for the trailer to make it pintle .
i think it was on this site 1 time i saw a goosneck trailer with hay bales that was behind a truck with pintle hitch .
he had 2 pin points at the header of the trailer and made a A-frame to clip in to them and pick...
