Your using the stock gauge? It is a 24v gauge. If you have 12 volts to it, it's not going to register.

I managed to pick up both the t-case to trans brace and the engine to bell housing rods and mounts. I definitely am adding them with having a Gear Vendors hanging off the back. Got them off EBay.

I might be wrong but I didn't think the fuse block should be seeing 24v. My understanding is everything there is 12v.

Do you have the front bracket as well? If not, it is likely a bolt broke or the block is cracked. If you went with the gear reduction starter, you must have this bracket as well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GV77H2U/

Hillbilly Wizard took over making those and from reports here, they work way better than factory.

You could add a Gear Vendors to the end of a NV4500 to get double overdrive plus gear splitting between the other ones. Basically end up with a 10 speed

CDR creates a negative pressure situation. If it was positive, it would blow oil out of the seals.
