what boost level anybody else runs in any motor other than a multifuel has no relevance on our discussion.
The multifuel was not designed as a turbo motor, it was an after thought and as such high boost was never in it's nature to be dealt with. Many if not all of the components in the multi...
I only turned the fuel up, I want and have my fdc working correctly. smoke has no bearing on what means anything. egt is what is most important.
you will see more egt and boost when your truck is loaded and going up hill. make sure you test in different terrain areas.
I can easily tell...
I have been running these kinds of numbers for about 6 years now with my deuce. yes I have water inj and a lot of fuel. always keep the rpm's under redline and egts under 1300.
GMA they made them originally and are the best out there. might be a very little more than what you see on ebay but you can't beat their quality.

sticking Mater cylinder. do not drive it into town, have it fixed where it sits. when those drums overheat you might damage the tires, seals in the drums and burn the truck to the ground or run over somebody when the brakes fail.
cannot be done. there is nothing electrical on the sprag or transfer or transmission anyway.
you can turn the air off to the sprag so that it won't work but then you won't have 6wd. there is no good way to eliminate it.
Na, thats what the front end is for. I noticed about a 1mph increase and a large decrease in tire wear in all tires esp the fronts.
I would not ever consider putting mine back to stock. I would bet $ that the lockout hub is just as strong if not stronger than the axle. it takes quite a bit...
pretty common, just abuot every hmmwv that was sold at the ga auction came with the incorrect data plate.
as I understand it they were all removed from the trucks and then as the buyers turned in their paperwork they were allowed to reach into a box and grab a data plate.
with that being said...
I got to sit in the pilots seat on superbowl weekend when I was in dallas.
very cool airplane and the crew and I sat for ~3hrs talking about her. awesome stuff.
ya, I've personally seen it on a few 5t trucks. pretty neat but you lose the tool box on the side of the truck which is why I haven't done it to mine and it seems to make it even harder to climb in the pax side as well.
