I've been running Tom's gears for about a year now and I love it. My deuce is 14,500 curb weight and I've towed my 7900lb hmmwv behind it and it pulls with ease. I do have my fuel turned up and I have 1100 tires. I can easily maintain 65mph and 70 when needed.

I wouldn't. Why, it's not authentic and it's not worth the time to install it IMO. Others might like the look of it but not I.
So for me if it weren't the real deal then I wouldn't have it.
IF you were building it for a movie set and needed it to look the part then maybe I might consider it...
I replaced mine. I had bushing drivers so it was easy. without them you will damage the bushings and need more to replace them. very very careful and most new ones don't have the grease lube grooves that original ones have. they are supposed to be better but I don't see how.

on the low air light are you getting the buzzer too? if so I'd say the sensor is bad.
ya, more pm when the time comes. I would imagine that with double the number of boosters and master cylinders that you would be able to generate more braking force in a panic stop.
be careful with foam. I have found out that it traps a lot of water and these truck are about as water tight as a screen door and you will find yourself creating a lot of unseen rust and rot if you try to start foaming a lot of things.
keep it open so when it gets wet it will naturally dry...
ron thats not the trans vent, I mean it is but it's installed in his valve where it shouldn't be.
Where that vent was installed is the spot where you valve dumps when you change gears. NOTHING should be installed in that fitting.
take that valve out and leave it out, it no business installed...
