I use whatever length O'Reilly will sell me and cut to length. Hose is cheap. Usually in a package with too much, but still cheap.

It is for deep water fording. It will keep moisture from the clutch when the plug is moved to the open hole. There is no hole in the other, just a place to hold the plug.

When you get the kit, do not forget to put a cut off valve in the mix. When changing the filter, cutting off the coolant source means a lot less mess to clean up.

I put the AVM lockouts from jatonka on the front and forward rear axle. I got an axle from Off Road Fab Works, I know I was a lucky one, that works just fine. Sturdy lockouts which have produced no problems for more than a year. I will buy another set for the second deuce next month.

Do not forget the possibility that there is a problem with the tach drive. Check it by removing the cable and see if it is rotating properly. Pesky things.
