Looks good. How much prep work did you do? Sanding, priming, pressure washing? Or just tape and spray?

One thing to try would be to open all the drain valves and/ or emergency glad hands and see if the noise still comes out of the intake stack. More or less run the truck with no air pressure. This should tell you if it is the air system or not. Good luck and keep us informed.

When does it leak? All the time or just when you use it? I assume it isn't just the air exhaust when in use, correct? I haven't had any issues with mine (yet) so I am not familiar with the symptoms.

I have done something similiar with a dually pickup. Wet road, trailer brakes locked down, and soft wet mud. It worked well enough but the other 6 tires on the truck/ trailer did not come clean at all.
