K30's had Dana 60's in the front, 14 Bolts in the rear (Dana 70 if dually).

Being in KY will also lower the value than say west coast. I'd say 300 is fair. I wouldn't do over 400 personally.

The MVPA has an elected BOD. They generally do what the "constituants" want them to do. It still could be a NATO truck or was going to foreign govt. Could have also been painted by a unit. If it was primer it wouldn't be gloss.

I wouldn't believe the plate, many have been swapped. It is best to confirm the parts with the manuals.
