    deuce 12v conversion

My gasser harness uses 14 gauge wire which should be fine for most any normal 12V loads. I'd be more concerned with the light switch but that could also be replaced with a 12V equivalent IF it fails.

    Manifold Heater Problems

What has been called the "new" style here and by several vendors is actually the very early flame heater nozzle and requires the solenoid valves to prevent the fuel from constantly leaking out.

    Bigger Exhuast

My dodge/ cummins with 100 more horsepower has a smaller and longer exhaust. I doubt that there is much magic to be found by a larger exhaust in the M35.

    deuce 12v conversion

Senders aren't 12 or 24V; they just change in resistance with what you are tyring to measure. Hoever, the guage will need the appropriate voltage. It may be easiest to get a matched set from the aftermarket. I would probably just gety a mechanical oil pressure gauge. Starter wiring will be fine...

Anyone have a rod bolt they could loan me or know their measurements?

Can you just swap them out in the truck? Or, should the rods be resized?

This one also suggests that 4140 is grade 8 and that grade 2 is made out of 1018 (mild steel): http://www.rbwmfg.com/images/HelpfulHints2.pdf

Anyone have a rod bolt they could loan me or know their measurements?

I have a hard time believing that anybody would spec grade 2 bolts for a con rod. Doing a quick google search yields this page which suggests that 4140 is grade 8. Hex Head Cap Screws "Made from 4140 steel, these screws meet ASTM A-354 BD, SAE J-429 Grade 8, and SAE chemistry and mechanical...

Anyone have a rod bolt they could loan me or know their measurements?

Excerpted from Oliver, Cletrac, Co-op & Cockshutt Tractors Discussion Board - Re: 2-155 cummins conversion I have NO idea if it is accurate. Maybe the tractors use a different rod bolt?? There are some differences in the 478 used in the Army trucks and the ones used in the tractors. The blocks...
