Ok, I may have found the issue...did you list your VA address on the VT Reg.? If so then VA may be looking at that address and it's raising red flags. See the link below and read the instructions for "out of state title"

the short story is: Since VT is a "non-title" state you should be able to register your truck in VA, MD ect. with your registration card and proof of ins. and apply for a title in VA since VA is a title state. I did this a few years...
I've done many of the 383 green and burgundy combinations and they are ok, but lately I have wanted to try something different. The last truck I did in the 686 tan I put a tan matching interior in and it was big hit. But I have a new combination in mind...how about the 383 green with the tan...
Thanks! Really the only thing that's different is the color of the upholstery, same seats and everything else. I would use the upgraded faux leather, that stuff is nice. Much better quality than original, and it has a flat style leather finish.

Thanks guys, I know it's not military style on the inside but it's way nicer then GM ever did in the trucks. Still a M1009 in everything but the seats! That truck has a ton of work in it.
And for my next trick... How about a dark charcoal gray and black truck, with the seats and trim black...
